Osteopath
Dr Georgia Page
Originally hailing from the Blue Mountains, Dr Georgia Page studied Osteopathy at Southern Cross University, Lismore. In addition to clinical work, Georgia has been a part-time lecturer, teaching 1st year Osteopathy at SCU. Georgia is currently pursuing her PhD, focusing on ways to decrease head injuries in women's rugby league.
Georgia absolutely loves helping people get out of pain and back to having the freedom of movement. As an Osteopath, Georgia looks at the body as a unit and takes into consideration all aspects of the person. The mind, body, nutrition, stress, and sleep. Georgia is registered with AHPRA, and SIRA accredited.
Georgia has loved playing sports since she was a kid, until about age 15 when she suffered significant lower back injury, which stopped her from playing. Unable to do the things she loved due to pain, Georgia was lucky enough to meet an Osteopath that helped her get back on track. From that moment, Georgia decided that she too wanted to be an Osteopath so she could help others.
Georgia has played professional rugby league and rugby union for the last decade. She can relate to being in pain and helping guide people through it after dealing with her own fair share of injuries.

Sarah Campbell
Health, wellbeing, and fitness have always been at the heart of Sarah’s life. She studied Sport Science in New Zealand straight out of school, then her travels brought her to discover Pilates in 2002, which became a defining influence.
In 2005, after developing her knowledge and skills, Sarah took the next step and opened her own Pilates studio in Sydney. Her approach is guided by a holistic view that Pilates is more than exercise - it’s a practice that supports and nourishes the body, mind, and soul. With a trained eye for detail, Sarah can quickly recognise when your body isn’t moving efficiently or when alignment needs attention. She uses this insight to help guide you toward
better control, improved posture, and more supportive, functional movement.
